The low temperature of 13 degrees follows a windy day with gusts up to 28 mph, according to the National Weather Service.
Following a freezing Thursday night, temperatures will climb back to 33 degrees and the wind will die down to about 6 mph.

But Friday night brings a chance of snow after 8 p.m. followed by freezing rain with a low around 24 degrees.
Saturday will warm up again with a high near 43 degrees but the chance of precipitation is 40%, according to the National Weather Service.
