RISP Adult Correctional Institutions Investigators Arrest 3 In 1 Day: Cops

The three men were remanded to the Adult Correctional Institutions, police said.

CRANSTON, RI — Rhode Island State Police Adult Correctional Institutions investigators arrested three men in one day, police said.

The three men were arrested Tuesday, the state police said in a media release.

Anthony Mosley, 30, was charged with felony assault, according to the release.

Mosley, a resident of Providence, was "presented as a Superior Court violator, was granted $5,000 surety bail, and remanded to the ACI," the release said.

Scott Herrmann, 66, was charged with simple assault, according to the release.

Hermann, a resident of Newport, was "presented as a District Court violator, granted $1,000 surety bail, and remanded to the ACI," the release said.

Anderson Price, was charged with possessing less than 10 grams of a controlled substance, according to the release.

Price, a resident of Pawtucket, was "presented as a District Court violator, granted $1,000 surety bail, and remanded to the ACI," the release said.
