The winds will increase Sunday night and the temperature will drop to around 15 degrees, the National Weather Service predicts.

Leading up to the cold, windy, snowy weekend, temperatures will swing from the 20s to the 40s with rain Wednesday night, followed by clear skies, according to the National Weather Service.
