Here are five things you should know about today in Barrington:

  1. A mix of clouds and sun with a high temperature near 70 degrees.
  2. Marijuana Anonymous, a fellowship of men and women who share recovery from marijuana addiction, meets at 7 pm in the education building of Barrington Congregational Church, 461 County Road.
  3. Network with members of the East Bay Chamber of Commerce at Keller Williams Realty, 259 Thames St., Bristol from 5:30 to 7 pm.
  4. The Town Museum operated by the Barrington Preservation Society is open from 11 am to 3 pm; its latest exhibit is titled “KIDS!” – how Barrington children lived, learned, worked and played more than 100 years ago.
  5. The Knitters Group meets at the Barrington Senior Center at 10 am; its located in the lower level of the library building at 281 County Road.
