Jill E. Jordan, 38, of Warren, was stopped at 2:42 p.m. on County Road near the RIPTA Park and Ride. She was cited for Driving without a license (or with an expired license), first offense.

Oct. 24

Ryan Charon, 21, of Riverside, was stopped at 6:08 p.m. on County Road near the RIPTA Park and Ride and cited for Driving with a suspended license, first offense.

Oct. 25

Yan Peng, 44, of Barrington, was stopped near the intersection of Upland Way and Barrington Avenue at 5:35 p.m. and cited for Driving without a license (or with an expired license), first offense.

Oct. 27

Clyde D. Blankenship, 64, of Salem, Va., was stopped at 4:52 a.m. on the Wampanoag Trail near First Bird Sanctuary. He was taken into custody as a fugitive from justice.
