Daniel R. Mercer, 34, of Warren, was stopped at 7:28 a.m. on County Road near Albert Avenue. He was charged with Driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense.

Sarah Ullman, 39, of West Warwick, was stopped at 12:49 a.m. on the Wampanoag Trail near Second Bird Sanctuary. She was cited for Driving with a suspended license, first offense.
Nov. 10
Christopher Costa, 50, of East Providence, was stopped at 2:36 a.m. on the Wampanoag Trail North near the East Providence line. He was charged with Driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense.
A Rehoboth, Mass., 17-year-old was arrested at 12:03 p.m. on Middle Highway. He was charged with Attempted Breaking and Entering and with Conspiracy. His name is not being released because he is a juvenile.

A second Rehoboth, Mass., 17-year-old was arrested at 9:27 a.m. at the police station. He was charged with Attempted Breaking and Entering and with Conspiracy. His name is not being released because he is a juvenile.
Hugo Otoniel Cardona Lux, 35, of Providence, was stopped at 10: 28 a.m. on County Road near Waseca Avenue. He was given a summons for Driving without a license or with an expired license, first offense.
Sarah DeBlois, 33, of Warren, was stopped at 2:25 p.m. on County Road and Markwood Drive. She was given a summons for Driving without a license or with an expired license, first offense.
Desiree Barone, 35, of Middletown, was stopped on County Road at Walker Farm and cited for Driving without a license or with an expired license, first offense.

Manuel Mateo, 40, of Bristol, was stopped at 3:08 p.m. at County Road and Hilltop Avenue after a motor vehicle accident. He was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; and cited for Driving without a license or with an expired license, second offense.
