Barrington Woman's Alleged Killer Found Dead At ACI
The Providence Grand Jury has charged Christian Boucher, 40, of East Providence, with the second degree murder of Justine Cavaco.

EAST PROVIDENCE, RI—Justine Cavaco, 29, of East Providence, died back in August after she was assaulted outside a Providence Burger King.

Her boyfriend, Christian Boucher, 40, of East Providence, was initially charged with Domestic felony assault, but at the time police said the charges could be upgraded based on the state medical examiner's evidence about the cause of death. On Friday, the Providence Grand Jury has charged Boucher, with second degree murder. He was also charged with Violating a No Contact order.
Prison officials found him dead in his cell on Sunday night.

Cavaco was originally from Barrington. She left a son, her parents, and a brother.
