Buy Daffodils to Beautify Your Home and Barrington

Buy some daffodils for your garden and help to beautify Barrington at the same time. 

The Hameho Garden Club is taking orders – for the 17th year -- for its “Daffodils for Barrington” campaign.

Half of your order will be delivered to your door by; the other half will be planted by garden club members in public spots around town, such as the Town Hall and library.

The deadline for orders is Aug. 29.  The bulbs will be delivered by late September.

Daffodils include two varieties: King Alfred Jumbo and Tahiti. The first variety are bright yellow trumpet; the second variety are soft yellow with an orange cup double center. 

Prices for the bulbs are $16 for 20 (you get 10) or $40 for 50 bulbs (you get 25). 

You can find order sheets tacked up on bulletin boards in stores and coffee shops around Barrington.  Send them with checks payable to Hameho Garden Club, Inc. to Daffodils for Barrington, 5 Brookfield Ave., Barrington, RI 02806.
