Church to Offer Concert for Community

The music program of Barrington Presbyterian Church presents its next community concert, "Musik von Handel" on Sunday afternoon, June 9.

The concert starts at 3 pm in the church on County Road. John Black, choir director and organist, will direct the performance. 

“The hour-long concert will include choral and instrumental solo and ensemble works of George Frederic Handel,” said Black

Admission is free; a free will offering will be collected to benefit the music program.

Black said the music program strives to maintain "a high standard of excellence, and has presented music at many concerts, including invitational performances at the Newport mansions."
