Louis A. DiMario, 65, Former Town Councilor

Louis A. DiMario, of Barrington, passed into eternal life unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 12, 2013. He was 65. 

He was the husband and cherished friend of Joanne (Jacquard) and the devoted and proud father of Jacob B. DiMario. Born in Fall River, Mass., on October 7, 1947, he was the son of the late Anna (Calitri) DiMario and the late Louis A. DiMario Sr.

DiMario was a member of the Barrington Town Council in the early 1970s. He was an independent sales representative and a member of the Rhode Island Country Club for 30 years. He was an assistant golf coach at Barrington High School and the head golf coach at St. Andrew’s School.

A celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, June 18 at 10:00 am in St. John’s Episcopal Church, 191 County Road, Barrington. Visiting hours will be today from from 4 to 7 pm at the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, Warwick.
