Obituary: Kathleen Apice, 63

Kathleen Apice, 63, a friend of Bill W., Garden City Group for 40 years and 9 months, died Wednesday, July 1, 2015. She was the beloved wife of Joseph A. Apice and daughter of the late John and Hope (Arruda) Gannon.

Kathy was a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Brentwood Nursing Home and previously with the Orchard View Manor. She was the loving mother of Julie A. Harrop, and the late John A. Sabalewski; stepmother of Ashley Apice; grandmother of Jaden, Sean and Stephen; sister of Michael Gannon and Elaine Roche.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, July 7, 5-7 pm with a celebration of life at 7 pm in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Michael Church Food Bank, 239 Oxford Street, Providence, RI 02905 will be appreciated.
