Boston Marathon 2022: See How Runners From Bristol-Warren Finished
Three runners from Bristol and another three from Warren finished the 126th Boston Marathon.

BRISTOL-WARREN, RI — The Boston Marathon returned on its traditional Patriots Day date this week, with more than 25,000 athletes completing the 26.2-mile course from Hopkinton to Boylston Street.
Among those runners were three athletes from Bristol and three Warren residents. Evans Chebet of Kenya took first place among the men with a finishing time of 2:06:51, and Peres Jepchirchir of Kenya won in the women's group with a time of 02:21:01.

- Peter Harley, 51 — 3:09:59, 5,249th place overall
- Robert Johnson, 57 — 5:10:07, 23,471st place overall

- Casey Martel, 30 — 5:05:44, 23,254th place overall
- Robert Sanchas, 54 — 5:09:09, 23,417th place overall
- Julie Stone, 53 — 5:57:38, 24,624th place overall
