Bristol Animal Shelter To Host Rabies Vaccine Clinic March 12

BRISTOL, RI — The Bristol Animal Shelter will host a rabies vaccine clinic for pet owners March 12. Three-year vaccinations cost $10 per animal, cash only.

The clinic will be held at the organization's Humane Education Center on Minturn Farm Road from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. All dogs must be leashed and cats and ferrets must be in carriers. To be eligible, pet owners must bring proof of previous vaccination.

Bristol residents can also register their dog for their town license for $6. The clinic will be open to all pet owners, not just Bristol residents.
