Bristol-Warren Public Schools Get Virtual Learning Day Due To Snow; Also Parking Ban
According to the National Weather Service, Bristol could get up to 8 inches of snow.

BRISTOL, RI ā Bristol-Warren Public Schools will have a virtual learning day on Tuesday, due to a major snowstorm that is expected to hit the region.
Bristol also announced a parking ban for Monday night, ahead of a winter storm expected to arrive early Tuesday morning.
The parking ban will be in effect from 11 p.m. Monday until further notice.

Bristol residents can help plows do their job by pulling all trash and recycling carts away from the street, along with basketball hoops or other items that block the street. Also, do not blow snow into the street from driveways.
Additionally, town officials said trash pickup will be delayed by one day.

The storm timing will likely be between 1 a.m. Tuesday and 1 a.m. Wednesday. According to the forecast, the heaviest snow is expected between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Seven to 13 inches of snow is forecasted for much of Rhode Island. According to the National Weather Service, Bristol could get up to 8 inches of snow.
