BRISTOL, RI — Bristol police have asked for the public's help finding a missing woman.

Jennifer Warren of Bristol was last seen three weeks ago by neighbors, according to police. Police said Warren has a history of mental health concerns and has not made contact with friends or family for several weeks. Her phone is also off, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Bristol police at 401-253-6900.
