Bristol Recreation Department Offering Beginner Golf Lessons For Children

Basic golf lessons will be provided by a Bristol Golf Park instructor, indoors at the Quinta-Gamelin Community Center.

BRISTOL, RI — The Bristol Parks and Recreation Department is offering beginner golf lessons for children to help them learn and maybe eventually master the game.

Basic golf lessons will be provided by a Bristol Golf Park instructor, indoors at the Quinta-Gamelin Community Center on Saturdays from Jan. 18 through Feb. 8.

The program cost $70 per child and $60 per additional siblings. Age groups will be taught at the following times:

  • 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. — ages 6 through 8
  • Noon to 1 p.m. — ages 9 through 12.
