Dog owners have three options to renew their dog's license: online, in person at the Town Clerk's office or by mail. License fees cost $6 and owners must show proof of valid rabies vaccination. Each household may have up to three dogs, or must register for a kennel license to own more.

Residents are asked to notify the town if their dog was rehomed or died in the past year, so it can be removed from the official record. Call the Town Clerk at 401-253-7000 ext. 132 with any questions.
