Curtis A. Chase Jr., 95: Communicant of St. Michael's Episcopal Church

Curtis A. Chase Jr.,Ā 95, passed away on Monday, Sept. 2, 2013 at the Veteran's Medical Center, Providence. He was the husband of the late Rhoda (Hobson) Chase. Born in Middleboro, MA, he was a son of the late Curtis A. Sr. and Eva M. (Harward) Chase.

Mr. Chase was a member of the Barrington, Kickemuit and Pomona Granges totaling over 65 years, an avid bowler at Dudek Lanes and a communicant of St. Michael's Episcopal Church in Bristol. He served in the Navy in WWII as a Quartermaster Second Class.

He is survived by his daughter, Nancy Dallaire of Swansea, MA; son, Kenneth A. Chase of Arcadia, FL; sister, Doris Allen; three grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Lloyd T. Chase.

Visitation will be on Friday, Sept. 6, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. in Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home, 615 Main St., Warren, with a funeral service to follow at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Private burial with Military Honors will be in South Burial Ground, Sowanmsett Ave., Warren. Calling hours areĀ Thursday from 4 toĀ 7 p.m.
