Elizabeth L. [Thivierge] Lamora: Longtime Nurse

Elizabeth L. [Thivierge] Lamora, 65, of Warren, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Thomas J. Lamora.

Mrs. Lamora was born in Fall River, was a life-long Warren resident, and had been employed as a nurse at Crestwood Nursing Home for 30 years.

She was the mother of Christopher J. Lamora of Arlington, Virginia, and Michelle Waldron of Derry, New Hampshire. She was the grandmother of Jack and Patrick Waldron. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Thivierge and Dora (St. Pierre) Thivierge, and the sister of Joseph Thivierge of Warren, Donald Thivierge of Bristol, and the late Janet Stoffel.

She was a member of the First Congregational Church in Bristol and a past member of Bell St. Chapel in Providence.

A memorial service will be held at the First Congregational Church, 300 High St., Bristol, on Saturday, March 2, at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the East Bay Food Pantry.
