Fire At Duplex In Warren Displaces 5 Children, 3 Adults
Warren fire officials say they found heavy flames billowing from the back of the home on Coomer Street.
WARREN, RI ā Eight people were displaced after a duplex in Warren caught fire Wednesday morning.
Fire officials said the fire started at a duplex on Coomer Street around 6 a.m. When firefighters arrived, they found heavy flames billowing from the back of the home.
All residents, including three adults and five children, made it out of the home safely, fire officials said. No injuries were reported.

Fire officials said the home sustained significant smoke and water damage, making it unlivable. Family and friends are helping the residents.
Fire officials said the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
