BRISTOL, RI — Help reduce your risk of getting the flu by getting a free vaccine at Mt. Hope High School in Bristol next week.

On Nov. 9, residents can get vaccinated from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the school's cafeteria. The school is located at 199 Chestnut St.

Online registration is required at schoolflu.com. No walk-ins are allowed, and registration will close at noon the day before at the school clinic.

According to organizers, appointment times will help to limit the number of people inside the clinic.

Face coverings and social distancing are also mandatory. Hand sanitizer will be available.

There will be no out of pocket expense to patients and no money will be collected. However, patients are asked to bring their card if they have insurance.


HOW TO REGISTER:

Register online @ schoolflu.com or at https://www.thewellcomp.com/chooseschool.aspx

  1. In next drop down, choose ā€œSchool Clinic You Plan to Attendā€
  2. Click on ā€œContinueā€
  3. You will then see Login ID with Name of School. Click on ā€œLog Inā€
  4. Complete Patient Registration
  5. Click on ā€œSubmit Patient Registrationā€
  6. You can register multiple people attending, each on a different Patient Registration Form and ā€œSubmitā€
  7. The Wellness Company will have your consent form(s) ready when you arrive
