Linden Place Hosts 'The Big Toast'

Historic Linden Place is the setting for the Sept. 27 'Big Toast' fundraiser by Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ocean State.

It's a Great Gatsby theme this year, and organizers are filling the space with brews, wines, and noshes from the surrounding area.

Gillian White from Cook and Brown leads the roster of mixologists, with The Eddy sending Jay Carr, and Kelli Henry and Leslie DeRosa making magic behind the bar.

Just by arriving, guests will be treated to The Spiced Pear’s private label sparkling wine served by The Chanler at Cliff Walk. Zyr Vodka, Grapes and Grains, Tenth and Blake Beer Company, and Joseph Victori Wine, are among the other expected providers of liquid refreshments.
