Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. at which time the Town Council of the Town of Burrillville will consider for adoption amendments to the Revised General Ordinance of the Town of Burrillville, RI, 2004, by by adding §25-50 Taxation of cable set top boxes.It is anticipated that this meeting will be conducted remotely in Zoom webinar format under the provisions of the Governor’s Executive Order 22-01, if it is extended beyond its February 4, 2022 expiration.  If the Executive Order is not extended, the Town Council will conduct an in-person meeting with no remote access.  Meeting details for public access, including a web link and access phone number if necessary, will be posted in advance of the meeting on the Town Council's page of Burrillville’s official website: www.burrillville.org.
