Meet A Future Leader In Charlestown: Ethan Tarsagian
Patch and T-Mobile have partnered to highlight young people achieving great things in our community.

The future of Charlestown is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders like Ethan Tarsagian, who are making a positive impact in and around Charlestown.
Ethan, a senior at Chariho Regional High School, exemplifies leadership and dedication as President of the Future Business Leaders of America Chariho Chapter. Known for his exceptional academic performance, the honor roll student has also earned recognition for his initiative and contributions to his community. Recently, he co-authored and presented the grant proposal "Chariho GROWS" to the school committee. Successfully approved, the grant focuses on improving local food access, agricultural education and nutrition initiatives, with innovative programs like an Indigenous Teaching Garden, a mobile farmers market and culturally diverse recipes featuring local ingredients.
Ethan’s leadership goes far beyond the classroom. He serves as a USDA SCALES Marketing and Business intern and Class of 2025 Co-President, all while balancing his responsibilities as a barista. He was also honored with a nomination for the Providence Journal Student of the Week award.

Peers and mentors praise Ethan for his ability to inspire others, promote inclusivity and lead with integrity. As he prepares to pursue a degree in Business Finance, Ethan’s passion for leadership and community engagement continues to distinguish him as a standout young leader in the community.
