2 Men Stabbed At A Coventry Home

Coventry police say two men were taken to the hospital with stab wounds. Another man suffered minor injuries.

COVENTRY, RI — Two men were stabbed at a Coventry home on Wednesday, according to police.

Police said they were called to a home on Mapledale Street for a large disturbance involving two groups of men. Men police arrived, some of the people involved in the fight were found, while other left before officers arrived.

According to police, one man was taken to the hospital that night, while the other was found Thursday morning and was also brought to the hospital with stab wounds. Police said both men are expected to survive their injuries. A third person also sustained minor injuries and was treated on scene, police said.
