4 Injured In Weekend Crash On Coventry's Main Street
The road was closed to traffic for several hours as emergency responders worked to clear the crash scene.
COVENTRY, RI — Four people were hospitalized following a serious crash on Coventry's Main Street Sunday afternoon, according to police.
The crash happened near the intersection of Abbotts Crossing Road a little before 2:30 p.m., police said. Two vehicles were involved, each with two people inside. All four were sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash closed the road to traffic until about 5:15 p.m. The cause of the crash is not yet known.
