Baby Fawn Followed Coventry Hiker Home
A baby fawn attached itself to a Coventry hiker. The fawn is being cared for by Wildlife Rehabilitators of Rhode Island.

COVENTRY, RI—An orphaned baby fawn has won sympathy from animal lovers. The fawn saw a hiker in the Maxwell Mays Refuge on Sunday and followed the man home. Because the animal seemed to be in distress, the hiker called police for help. The fawn has lost its mother, experts determined. The fawn is being cared for by Wildlife Rehabilitators of Rhode Island.
