There have been no reports of illness related to the granola bars, according to state health officials.
Eating food contaminated with listeria can cause listeriosis, a serious infection that primarily affects older adults, people with weakened immune systems, pregnant women and their newborns.
Symptoms include fever, muscle aches, headache, stiff neck, confusion, loss of balance, and convulsions. Symptoms are sometimes preceded by diarrhea or other gastrointestinal problems.
