Coventry Court Log: DUI, Breaking and Entering, Domestics
Recent cases heard in Third Division District Court.

The following Coventry cases were heard in Third Division District Court on Oct. 28:
Brandon J. Dellatore, 30, of 25 School St., West Warwick, pleaded no contest to a charge of driving under the influence. He was fined $100, ordered to complete 25 hours of community service, attend DWI school and sentenced to one year of probation. Also, his license was suspended for four months.

Jessica C. Hall, 33, of 22 Idaho St., Coventry, pleaded no contest to obstruction of justice. She was sentenced to one year of probation.
Kevin L. Matteson, 61, of 131 Columbia St., South Kingstown, pleaded no contest to trespassing. He was sentenced to one year of probation.

Tyler Robinson, 18, of 164 Federal Way, Johnston, pleaded no contest to shoplifting. He was sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to make a contribution to the Victims of Crime Indemnity Fund. A no trespass order was also issued.
Mark Torres, 55, of 736 Washington St., Coventry, pleaded no contest to misuse of a credit card. The case was filed for one year and he was ordered to complete 20 hours of community service.
Geoffrey J. Warburton, 21, of 206 Boston St., West Warwick, pleaded no contest to receiving stolen goods. He was sentenced to one year of probation.
Jayson M. Audet, 40, of 27 Angell St., West Warwick, pleaded innocent to disorderly conduct. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until Nov. 18.
Andrew Bequette, 33, of 59 Club House Road, West Greenwich, entered no plea to charges of domestic breaking and entering without consent and domestic disorderly conduct. He was released on $5,000 surety bail until a Nov. 23 screening conference. A no-contact order was filed.
Jonathan Caron, 19, of 57 North St., Manchester, Conn., pleaded innocent to charges of receiving stolen goods and conspiracy. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until Nov. 18.
Christopher C. Chenet, 49, of 5 Eisenhower St., Coventry, pleaded innocent to disorderly conduct. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until Nov. 18.
Jason S. Denton, 43, of 20 Woodland Drive, Coventry, pleaded innocent to driving under the influence. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until Nov. 18.
Brandon Flood, 19, of 329 Plain Meeting House Road, coventry, pleaded innocent to malicious damage. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until Nov. 18.
Tracy A. Fratus, 39, of 119 Windsor Park Drive, Coventry, pleaded innocent to domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct. She was released on $5,000 personal recognizance until Nov. 9. A no-contact order was also issued.
Victoria Hayes, 22, of 35 Harris St., Coventry, pleaded innocent to domestic malicious damage and domestic disorderly conduct. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until Nov. 18. A no-contact order was filed.
Matthew Jawor, 18, of 33 Brian Drive, Bolton, Conn., pleaded innocent to receiving stolen goods and conspiracy. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until Nov. 18.
Michael H. Jencks, 43, of no permanent address, pleaded innocent to felony larceny. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance until a Dec. 17 screening conference.
Gregory King, 27, of 935 Main St., West Warwick, pleaded innocent to leaving the scene of an accident. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until Nov. 18.
Brandon A. Malo, 27, of 16 Newell Court, Coventry, pleaded innocent simple assault. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until Nov. 18.
Madeline C. Pariseau, 20, of 978 Tiogue Ave., Coventry, pleaded innocent to leaving the scene of an accident. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until Nov. 18.
Rafael Then, 19, of 169 Amherst St., First Floor, Providence, entered no plea to charges of conspiracy to commit breaking and entering and receiving stolen goods. She was released on $5,000 personal recognizance until a Nov. 16 screening conference.
Devan M. Wilson, 18, of 72 Kibbe St., Hartford, Conn., pleaded innocent to four counts of receiving stolen goods and one count of conspiracy. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until Nov. 18.
