Coventry Gun Range Is Dead: Applicant Withdraws
Town planner Caroline Wells said Tuesday the property owner on Town Farm Road has withdrawn the zoning application to allow a gun range.
COVENTRY, RI -- Town Planner Caroline Wells said Tuesday the applicant has withdrawn the proposal for a gun range on Town Farm Road property. "The property owner for the proposed Gun Range on Town Farm Road has terminated his agreement with the applicant," she said. "As a result, the Public Hearing scheduled for February 13th and February 15th are cancelled."
Parents had objected because the gun range is near a school.
