Coventry Police Looking for Break-In Suspect

Have you seen Joshua Thibodeau, 25? Police say he's wanted for an alleged break-in.

COVENTRY, RI—Where is Joshua Thibodeau?

That's a question members of the Coventry Police Department are trying to answer. The 25-year-old is wanted for a break-in that occurred in town and police are asking the public for some assistance.

Police said Thibodeau is the first person to be mentioned on the department's Facebook page as part of a new initiative they're calling "Warrant Wednesday."

The posts will "be done weekly in an effort to have the public help us locate wanted persons," the department said in a post on its Facebook page.

Many other police departments have found great success identifying suspects caught on camera and locating suspects with warrants by using social media.

Police said Thibodeau stands 6-feet, 1-inch tall and weighs 165 pounds. He has brown hair, hazel eyes and a tattoo on his neck. His last known address is in the Phenix area of West Warwick.
