Coventry Police Wrangle Bull That Gets Loose

COVENTRY, RI — Coventry police officers helped wrangle a wayward bull a resident spotted wandering through town on Wednesday.

Police said the bull has since been returned to its owner. No animals or officers were harmed during the wrangling, according to police.

"The [police training] academy needs to update their training to include these types of scenarios,” the Coventry police wrote in a comment on the department's social media post.
