Reis-Couto Wins Coventry School Committee Seat In Special Election

District 1 voters chose Ana Isabel R. dos Reis-Couto to be their next school committee member. She finished with 233 votes.

COVENTRY, RI — Coventry has a new member on its school committee, following Tuesday's special municipal election.

District 1 voters chose Ana Isabel R. dos Reis-Couto to be their next school committee member. She finished with 233 votes, while Bethan Chatterley garnered 133 votes.

Dos Reis-Couto replaces Luke Murray, who resigned from the school committee in December 2021.
