DUI, Selling Tobacco to a Minor, Shoplifting: Coventry Court Log
The following cases were adjudicated in Kent County Court on Feb. 17, 2016.

Tyler Altieri, 20, of 319 Providence St., West Warwick, pleaded no contest to obstruction of justice. He was sentenced to one year at the Adult Correctional Institutions, suspended, and ordered to obtain counseling.
Ali Attapour, 62, of 37 Concord St., Providence, pleaded no contest to selling tobacco to a minor. The charge was dismissed and he was ordered to pay $75 to the Victims of Crime Indemnity Fund.
Jennifer Johnson, 32, of 521 Davisville Road, North Kingstown, pleaded no contest to shoplifting. She was sentenced to one year, suspended, with probation.

Jonathan H. Kelley, 25, of 88 Willis Ave., Seekonk, pleaded no contest to refusing a chemical test and driving under the influence. He was fined $900, ordered to complete 10 hours of community service, his license was suspended for 8 months and he was ordered to obtain substance abuse counseling. The DWI charge was dismissed.
Eudomar Pla Rosario, 22, of 79 Union Drive, North Kingstown, pleaded no contest to shoplifting. He was sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to make restitution.
