CCFD Hearing: Be advised that Judge Brian Stern is conducting another Central Coventry Fire District hearing today, Apr. 10 at 2 p.m. in Courtroom 4F at Kent County Superior Court (222 Quaker Ln., Warwick).

Zoning Board Meeting: The Zoning Board of Review will meet this evening at 7 p.m. in the Town Hall Annex auditorium (1675 Flat River Rd.) to once again discuss the proposed Green Light Farm airstrip project among other items. Click here for tonight's agenda.

How to Get Published: Tonight from 7-9 p.m., Coventry Public Library will host a presentation by Jan Kardys, President of Black Hawk Literary Agency, that will feature an insider's view of book publishing. (See attached advertisement for more information). The program is free and open to the public, however pre-registration is recommended and can be done by contacting Jane at 822-9104.

Plan Ahead - Celebration for Capt. Hall: On Thursday, Apr. 11 at 6 p.m. at Nino's on Lake Tiogue,  friends, family and colleagues of Central Coventry Fire District Captain Bill Hall will gather for a night of celebration as they salute Capt. Hall's longtime career with the fire district. The evening will include dinner and a DJ. Tickets may only be purchased at the door for a recommended donation of $20.
