Interpretive Trail Opening: The Audubon Society of Rhode Island will open a new, free interpretive nature trail today at the historic Maxwell Mays Wildlife Refuge, located at 2082 Victory Hwy. in Coventry! An opening ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. followed by a guided tour through the various educational stations and activities available on the trail. Click here for more information.
Fagan Door Scholarship: For the first time ever, Fagan Door will be awarding two deserving Coventry High School seniors each a $500 scholarship based on academic and extracurricular accomplishment. Applications must be submitted by May 31. Click here for more information or to view an application.

WC Blood Drive: The Western Coventry Elementary School PTA is hosting a community blood drive today from 3-5 p.m. in the school's gymnasium. Be a hero and donate blood today, but don't forget to bring your driver's license or another form of ID with you!

Plan Ahead - CERT 2nd Annual Food Drive: The Coventry Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) will hold their 2nd Annual Food Drive to benefit Pink Heals on May 25 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Dave's Marketplace in Coventry Shoppers' Park.
