This will be D’Agostino’s third visit to Coventry Public Library. “He’s very knowledgeable, a good speaker and people enjoy hearing him talk,” said Jane Schweinsburg, assistant director of the Coventry Public Library.

The author will discuss his latest book “Rhode Island’s Haunted Ramtail Factory” and give details of the state’s only official haunted building.

The Ramtail Factory in Foster was listed in the 1885 state census as a haunted site, Schweinsburg said.

The author has also written the books “Haunted Rhode Island,” “Abandoned Villages and Ghost Towns of New England,” “A Guide to Haunted New England,” and more.

D’Agostino and his wife Arlene Nicholson have done over 1,000 paranormal investigations, according to Spooky SouthCoast.

“He’s very entertaining,” Schweinsburg said. “We have several of his books in our collection.”
