Last Day to Renew Dog Licenses in Coventry

Coventry dog owners should be aware that dog licenses are due and payable by April 30, according to Rhode Island law. New licenses may be obtained today from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Office of the Town Clerk at Town Hall (1670 Flat River Rd.).

The fee for a license is $8.00 and can be paid by cash or check. You must bring the dog's valid rabies vaccination certificate as well.

Licenses must be renewed and new licenses purchased by today or a $25 penalty may be imposed.
