Police Identify Man Killed In West Warwick Motorcycle Crash
Police say the West Warwick man was rushed to Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, but he succumbed to his injuries there.
WEST WARWICK, RI — Police on Monday identified the man who died in Thursday night's motorcycle crash in Warwick.
The crash victim was identified as Steven Brown, 54, of West Warwick, police said.
Police said the single-vehicle crash happened around 10:20 p.m. on New London Turnpike near the intersection of Scenic Drive.

Police said responding officers found the motorcyclist with life-threatening injuries. West Warwick Fire Department personnel arrived to treat the West Warwick man. He was rushed to Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, where he succumbed to his injuries, police said.
Police said the cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Rhode Island State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
