Trash Pickup Delayed For Some Coventry Residents
Tuesday and Wednesday collections will happen first thing Thursday, the town said.
COVENTRY, RI — Trash pickup was delayed for some Coventry residents this week. Houses on both the Tuesday and Wednesday schedule have collection Thursday, the town's Public Works Department said.
Tuesday's collection will happen Thursday morning, and Wednesday on Thursday afternoon, the department said. Residents are asked to leave their carts at the curb until that time.
This is not the first collection issue the town experience this month. Two weeks ago, technical issues with several trucks led to delayed collection.
