Hope Valley Barracks
At 11:58 p.m. on Sept. 28, Troopers arrested Andrew Rich, 34, of 97 Log Bridge Rd., Coventry, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Coventry Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Rd. in the City of Warwick. Rich was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed. He was later turned over to the Coventry Police Department.

At 1:57 a.m., on Sept. 29 Troopers arrested James Szymkowicz, 46, of 76 Angus St., Coventry, for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and or Drugs – BAC Unknown, 2) Refusal to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Roberts Street in the Town of West Warwick. Szymkowicz was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
At 2:30 a.m. on Oct. 2, Troopers arrested Nicholas Farrell, 19, of 8 Azalea Way Coventry, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial on a charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the West Greenwich Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of Coventry. Farrell was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, and processed before being transported to the Adult Correctional Institution for holding.

At 10:00 a.m. on Oct. 5, Troopers arrested Walter P. Carpenter, 43, of 2280 Nooseneck Hill Rd., Coventry, on a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial on a charge of Operating on a Suspended License originating out of the Hope Valley Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. Carpenter was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed then transported to Third District Court.
