'Vicious Dog' Hearing Set For Oct. 19
Police took custody of the dog after a woman said she was bitten.
COVENTRY, RI—Police on Friday issued a press release to update the news about a dog bite that allegedly happened on Hollywood Avenue. The dog's fate will be decided at a so-called vicious dog hearing. The hearing is set for Oct. 19 at 10 a.m. at 1675 Flat River Road.
The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and the Town will be conducting the hearing, police said.
