14-Year-Old Boy Hit By 2 Cars In Cranston, In Critical Condition
Cranston police say the teen boy was riding his bike down a hill, failed to stop at an intersection, and was hit by two cars.
CRANSTON, RI — A 14-year-old boy is in critical condition after he was hit by two cars in Cranston on Wednesday night while he was riding his bike, according to police.
Cranston police said the crash happened around 5:30 p.m. According to police, the boy was riding his bicycle down a hill on Bracken Street and failed to stop at the intersection where the street meets Dyer Avenue. Once the teen ended up on Dyer Avenue, he was struck by two cars, police said.
Police said both drivers stopped and cooperated with officers. Neither driver was under the influence, according to police.

Police said the boy was rushed to Hasbro Children's Hospital in Providence and remains in critical condition.
The exact cause of the crash remains under investigation.
