CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between Monday and Wednesday.

Names of those arrested, their age, or the town they reside in, as well as the time of the arrest, were only omitted when not provided by police.

Monday

1:44 p.m. — Leon Halley, 55, of Central Falls, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor or drugs-greater than 0.15 blood alcohol level (BAC) (first offense). Police said Halley's BAC readings were 0.256 and 0.251. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop, police said.

7:28 p.m. — Geovanny Valdez Rodriguez, 23, of Providence, was charged with passing counterfeit certificates, bills, or notes. Cranston police said Providence police arrested Rodriguez on a warrant.

Tuesday

12:05 a.m. — Emilio Duverge, 23, of Providence, was arrested on a bench warrant out of Rhode Island Superior Court. Police said the arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Cranston Street at Webster Avenue.

2:04 p.m. — Terry Jones, 49, of Providence, was charged with violating a no-contact order.

8:04 p.m. — Robert Neri, 47, of Foster, was charged with domestic willful trespassing.

Wednesday

10:11 a.m. — Nicholas Larson, 31, of Cranston, was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service at the Shaw's on Chapel View Boulevard.

12:21 p.m. — Michael Ortiz, 21, of Cranston, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct.

8:02 p.m. — Danielle Chartier, 32, of Johnston, was charged with domestic simple assault.

8:14 p.m. — Tomas De Leon, 37, of Providence, was charged with DUI-greater than 0.15 blood alcohol level (BAC) (first offense). Police said De Leon's BAC reading were 0.262 and 0.251. Police said the arrest stemmed from a suspicious vehicle call on Ashley Street.
