CRANSTON, RI — Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza and Wings at Garden City Center in Cranston has permanently closed.
The pizza shop on Hillside Road was the franchise's only Rhode Island location. Details on what caused the closure were not released.
Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza on its website encouraged customers to visit other locations. The next closest location is in Westwood, Massachusetts.

"Our Cranston location is closed," management said on the restaurant's website. "Please view other nearby locations to continue enjoying Anthony’s for lunch or dinner. We look forward to welcoming you in soon!"
