Cranston Bank Robbery Suspect Identified
Police issued a warrant Monday for the arrest of Bentley Jeremy, accused of robbing Washington Trust Bank on Saturday.

CRANSTON, RI — Officers are on the lookout for a man they say robbed a Cranston bank on Saturday, the police department said.
Bentley Jeremy, 26, of Providence is accused of demanding money from a teller at Washington Trust Bank at 645 Reservoir Ave. Police say Jeremy rode away on a silver bicycle after being handed the money.
The Cranston Police Department shared a photo of Jeremy on social media shortly after the incident on Saturday, asking for the public's help in identifying him.

They now have a warrant out for his arrest and are asking anyone with information about Jeremy or the incident to contact them either by calling 401-942-2211 or by texting CRANSTONPD to 847411 to use the anonymous tip line.
