Cranston Chef Appears On Netflix Cooking Competition Show

CRANSTON, RI — A Cranston chef and restaurant owner has taken his skills to television, where he's one of 11 chefs competing in the new Netflix series "Pressure Cooker."
"Pressure Cooker" follows 11 chefs all living in a home and competing for $100,000, including Brian Nadeau, of Rhode Island.
Judges don't exist on the show. Instead, the chefs judge each other and vote for the best dishes.

Nadeau and his wife own Cucina Rustica, an Italian restaurant in Cranston.
Nadeau told ABC 6 that although he's happy he competed on "Pressure Cooker", he's happy to run a successful business with his family and wouldn't do another competition show.

"I got along with everybody in the house, there was never no problems or anything like that,” Nadeau told ABC 6. "As far as cooking next to these people and stuff like that, you’re like in the lions den, it’s like a shark tank."
