Cranston Man Charged with Child Molestation, Rape
Miguel Panadero allegedly assaulted a young girl on multiple occasions between 2014 and 2016.

CRANSTON, RI—A 43-year-old Cranston man is facing charges of child rape and child molestation for repeatedly assaulting a young girl between 2014 and January of this year.
The Providence County Grand Jury on Monday reported out an indictment charging Miguel Panadero, of 2 Lowell St., Cranston, with two counts each of first-degree child molestation and first-degree sexual assault.
Attorney General Peter F. Kilmartin said in a news release that Panadero molested and raped the girl "on multiple occasions" between May 1 of 2014 and Jan. 18 of 2016.

The alleged incidents took place in Cranston and Cranston police investigated the alleged crimes.
Panadero will appear in Superior Court for arraignment on May 25.
