Jan. 21

8:40 p.m. — Krista McCagney, 38, of Cranston, was arrested on a warrant out of the Cranston Police Department. Police said the arrest happened after a disturbance at an apartment on Cranston Street.

1:51 a.m. — Vanesa J Calle Watts, 41, of Central Falls, was charged with DUI. Police said the arrest stemmed from a car stop on Broad Street at Grand Avenue. According to police, Watts' blood alcohol readings were 0.168 and 0.17.
11:19 a.m. — Nancy Zompa, 73, of Cranston, was charged with willful trespassing.
9:34 p.m. — Jason Sayles, 39, of Cranston, was arrested on a warrant out of Rhode Island Superior Court. Police said the arrest stemmed from a report of a suspicious person outside the Stop & Shop on Garfield Avenue.
9:44 a.m. — Josue Jules, 45, of Providence, was charged with domestic simple assault.
10:22 p.m. — Lemuel De La Cruz, 27, of Cranston, was charged with domestic felony assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
Jan. 23
3:11 p.m. — Victoria Aguiar, 18, of Cranston, was charged with domestic violence-simple assault/battery.
11:20 p.m. — Timothy Hurley, 28, of South Easton, Massachusetts, was charged with shoplifting. Police said the arrest stemmed from Rhode Island State Police arresting Hurley on a warrant out of the Cranston Police Department.
Jan. 24
5:01 p.m. — Neville Geter, 37, of Pawtucket, was charged with shoplifting. Geter was also arrested on two warrants out of Rhode Island Superior Court. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to the Walmart on Plainfield Pike.
6:49 p.m. — Janice Stewart, 29, of Cranston, was charged with felony shoplifting.
