CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between Feb. 16 and Feb. 20.

Names of those arrested, their age, or the town they reside in, as well as the time of the arrest, were only omitted when not provided by police.

Feb. 16

9:07 p.m. — Adilson Carvalho, 24, of Woonsocket, was arrested on a warrant out of the Johnston Police Department. Cranston police said the arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle stop in the area of Cranston Street and Gladstone Street.

3:14 p.m. — Isiah Allen, 26, of Providence, was charged with receiving stolen goods and driving with a suspended license (fourth offense or greater). Police said the arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle stop on Gansett Avenue.

6:33 p.m. — Kenneth Davila, 42, of Pawtucket, was charged with obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, disorderly conduct, and resisting legal or illegal arrest. Police said the arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue.

Feb. 18

1:41 p.m. — Stephen Smith, 42, was charged with manufacturing/delivering/possessing schedule III/IV drugs with intent. Police said the arrest stemmed from a suspicious package being delivered to an address on West Road.

7:23 p.m. — Alberto Ramirez Torres, 45, of Providence, was charged with shoplifting and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to the Lowe's on Garfield Avenue.

Feb. 19

1:55 a.m. — Kory Chase, 49, of Providence, was charged with possession of cocaine. Chase was also arrested on three Rhode Island Superior Court bench warrants. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to Cranston Street.

12:29 p.m. — Jimmy Kuang, 49, of Cranston, was charged with manufacturing/possessing/distributing marijuana (more than 5 kilograms). He was also arrested on three warrants out of Rhode Island Superior Court and one warrant out of Third District Court. Police said the arrest stemmed from a search warrant.

4:12 p.m. — Michael Lonardo, 36, of Cranston, was arrested on two warrants out of Third District Court. Police said the arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle stop on Pippin Orchard Road.

Feb. 20

1:50 a.m. — Olinda Jarvis, 76, of Cranston, was charged with DUI (first offense). Police said the arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Garfield Avenue.

8:56 a.m. — Anthony Apuzzie Xavier, 29, of Providence, was charged with violating a no-contact order (third offense or greater) and driving on a suspended license (fourth offense or greater).
